Delete Your Account

Auxtra allows you to permanently delete your account and all associated data. You can do this directly in the app, or by submitting an email request.

Option 1: Delete Through the App

1. Open the Auxtra app
2. Go to your Profile tab
3. Tap Settings (gear icon)
4. Tap Delete Account
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Your account and data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email:

1. Send an email to [email protected]
2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
3. Include the email address or username associated with your Auxtra account
4. Your account will be deleted within 30 days of receiving the request

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your profile information (display name, username, bio, profile picture)
• Your music posts and captions
• Your comments and likes
• Your followers and following lists
• Your listening history and discovery impact data
• Your account credentials and email address

What Data May Be Retained

The following data may be retained for up to 30 days after deletion for legal and operational purposes:

• Anonymized analytics data: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics used for service improvement
• Legal records: Any information required to be retained by law or to resolve disputes

After the retention period, all remaining data is permanently deleted.
